Enroute Pro
Built for distributors who sell off the truck
Enroute Pro adds van sales capability to Enroute. Drivers carry inventory, build orders at the stop, take payment, and push invoice plus payment to QuickBooks or Xero in one step. No paper invoices. No end-of-day reconciliation pain.
Launching end of June 2026. Waitlist members get launch pricing locked in.

Built for these operations
If your drivers show up at customer locations with truck inventory and the customer decides what to buy at the stop, this is for you. Common in:
Plus regulated verticals where van sales operations are common but software options are scarce: wine and spirits distribution, tobacco distribution, and any DSD-style distribution requiring compliance-ready data exports. Orderwerks already serves these verticals on base Enroute and Orderwerks Sales App.
If your drivers are taking orders and pulling product off the truck at every stop, Enroute Pro is built for the way you actually work.
Enroute Pro is the van sales tier of Enroute. If your operation is pre-sell rather than van sales (orders are placed in advance and drivers execute pre-built routes for delivery only), see our DSD and route accounting solutions for the broader Orderwerks DSD coverage.
What ships at launch (June 2026)
Daily load sheet
Drivers will start the day knowing exactly what is on the truck.
Sell from truck with real-time inventory
Build orders at the stop. Inventory will decrement as items sell.
Customer-specific pricing
Pricing rules from your back office will apply automatically at the stop.
Payment capture at the stop
Cash, check, ACH, net terms. Stripe Terminal on the roadmap.
End-of-day reconciliation
Loaded vs. sold vs. remaining. Variance will be flagged for your back office.
One-step QuickBooks and Xero sync
Completing a stop will create an invoice plus payment-received in one transaction. No double entry.
Native iOS and Android
Built to work the same on both platforms.
Offline first
Same offline architecture as base Enroute. Drivers will work without signal, sync when connected.
Returns and credits at the stop, geofencing with auto-stop-detection, and shrinkage analytics are on the roadmap for later in 2026.
Before you join the waitlist
Enroute Pro will sync with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, and Xero at launch. If you run on NetSuite, Sage, or another accounting platform, it will be an export based process to get the data into your accounting system.
Pricing
Enroute Pro is a tier above base Enroute. Base Enroute is $150 per month plus $25 per driver per month. Pro pricing will be above that to reflect the additional capability (catalog, inventory, payment capture, end-of-day reconciliation, QuickBooks invoice plus payment automation). Waitlist members get launch pricing locked in.
Trusted by distributors across regulated and complex verticals.

Frequently asked questions
Phase 1 is targeted for end of June 2026. Waitlist members will get launch notification and locked-in launch pricing.
Base Enroute handles pre-built routes. Drivers receive a daily route from your back office and execute it (proof of delivery, status updates, signature, photos). Enroute Pro adds van sales capability: drivers build orders at the stop from on-truck inventory, capture payment, and trigger an invoice plus payment-received transaction in QuickBooks or Xero in one step.
Yes. Enroute Pro is built on the same offline-first architecture as base Enroute. Drivers can work without signal and sync when connected.
Pre-sell is when customer orders are placed in advance (by phone, by an inside sales rep, or via B2B portal) and drivers execute pre-built routes for delivery only. Van sales is when drivers carry inventory on the truck and the customer decides what to buy at the stop. Drivers build the order, pull product off the truck, take payment, and trigger an invoice plus payment-received transaction in one step. Orderwerks supports pre-sell DSD operations today through base Enroute and the broader DSD and route accounting solutions. Van sales support is launching as Enroute Pro in June 2026.
Both are supported. So is QuickBooks Enterprise. Xero too.
Enroute Pro will be export file based to integrate with NetSuite, Sage, or other platforms at launch. The waitlist form captures your platform so we can give you an honest answer.
Yes. The waitlist form has a checkbox for that. Pilot customers get extra hands-on onboarding, direct input on the feature roadmap, and the first build before general availability.
Above base Enroute ($150/month plus $25/driver/month). Final pricing will be set before launch. Waitlist members get launch pricing locked in.
