Easily setup order priority fulfillment based on the Customer. You can assign a value to a Customer to be able to easily process orders for Customers that require higher priority. The flexibility is that you can assign any priority level number to your customers and all Customers start with a priority of 0.
Setup Fulfillment Priority

Click Menu then Settings.
Click Accounts.
Find 'Account Priority' and toggle on Feature.
Click Save.
Assign Fulfillment Priority

Click Menu then Users
Click your Account Designation (Customer, Retailer, Dealer, etc.) then click edit for the Account you want to assign a priority to.
Scroll down to Priority on the sidebar.
Click Save
Using the Priority
From the Orders screen you will see a Priority Column now.You typically want to filter based on the Order Status (Submitted, Confirmed, etc.) and then additionally sort the shown orders based on Priority by clicking the up/down arrows next to the Priority Label.Now you have a list of Orders to process based on Priority.
