Creating Categories
Easily manage the Categories in your Catalog. Orderwerks offers the ability to nest Categories 4 levels deep as well as managing them with Bulk Processing.
Manage Categories
Click to expand- Click Menu then Catalogs
- Click View on the Catalog you want to add categories to.
- Click the Categories button in the action bar.
Enable / Disable Category Discounts
Click to expand- Click Menu then Settings under Business.
- Click on Catalogs to jump to the Catalogs section.
- Locate the Category Discounts row and toggle on the setting.
- Click Save
- Once saved, a Discount column is available in the Bulk Category CSV Update file.

Click to expand- Click Menu then Catalogs
- Select the checkbox next to the Catalog you want to update.
- In the action bar, click the Categories button under the Download CSV group.
- Modify the CSV as necessary.
Bulk Category CSV Upload
Click to expand- Click Menu then Catalogs.
- On the row for the catalog you want to update, click the Upload button on the right side.
- Select Category CSV from the drop down.
- Select or Drop the Category CSV file.
- Click upload.
