Managing and handling users and your accounts is critical to the function of your business. Creating new internal users is a relatively easy task. From the Menu, select Users. You will then see this in the top left:
Click the Create button, which will open the sidebar menu. From here you can enter in the any of the user details necessary to setup the user account.
There are the following user types:
Admin
Sales - Sales Rep, Restricted and Full Access.
If utilizing the Rep Group feature and making a new Sales Rep, select 'Is Sales Rep'. This will then allow them to be assigned to a Rep Group. Otherwise, their account won't be searchable.

Driver
The access for the users is as follows:
Admin - Full Access to all features, settings and sections.Sales
Full Access - Can see orders from all accounts, common for a sales manager position.
Restricted - Can only see orders from all accounts their assigned to
Sales Rep - Can only see orders from the Rep Group their assigned to. (Rep Groups allows one or more users to see those accounts and is often preferred to utilize over just a Restricted Sales user.)
Inventory Management - Inventory Screen with full access, Catalog section, Purchase Orders.Order Management - Order Entry Screen with full access and all account visibility.Ship Management - Shipments Screen with full access, Order Entry Screen with Shipping capabilities.Driver - Delivery route access with those Orders and Shipments.
