Setup and manage service levels in your business, such as Standard and Expedited, offering different lead times which get conveniently calculated when orders are submitted.
Getting Started
Click Menu then Settings
Setup Service Levels
Once the setting is turned on, you will see an Edit Service Levels button. Click that, this will open the Service Levels Sidebar:
Add the Service Level Name, The Lead Time and Check the Is Expedited if you want the ‘Expedited’ flag to be set on the Order as well as an Expedited Flag visible (and searchable) from the Orders screen.You can set which is the default service level for orders by editing the row once it’s created, and selecting it as the default:
