Processing orders is the heart of Orderwerks. We look to try and make the right combination of customizable options available for you to handle order management – whether Orders are coming in from an Integration such as WooCommerce or Shopify to Orders placed directly by either Internal Users or Customer Users.The orders screen offers you many features such as filtering options, quick order totals and even bulk order progression options.
Order Search Options

The following are some of the search options currently available in the search section on the Orders page:
By order number - Use the 'Order' field.
By customer - Use the 'Customer' field.
By quote or cloned order number - Use the 'Parent Order' field.
By PO Number - Use the 'PO #' field.
Various dates (Ship Date, Created Date, Last Updated) - See the appropriate fields.
By order status (Preliminary, Submitted, Shipped, etc.) - Use the 'Status' field.
There is also this section, which will "Filter Out" specific types of orders:
It will filter out from the results orders that are Shipped, Picked Up, Delivered, or Orders older than 3 months. Unselect these if you want to include these orders in your search results.There are additional fields available depending on the integrations you have enabled and connected.
